By creating an account or using ErrandBoy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

ErrandBoy acts as a concierge and coordination service. Depending on the service you request, we may:
We work hard to verify information before sharing it with you. However, availability, pricing, and third-party decisions can change after verification.
Our hotel concierge service is designed for customers who value certainty over endless browsing.
When you submit a hotel request, Nelson personally contacts hotels that match your requirements and verifies availability before recommending them.
Each concierge request includes up to two carefully selected and personally verified hotel recommendations.
If neither recommendation meets your needs, the request will be marked as Resolved. This helps us respect the time of hotel staff and ensures we don't repeatedly place hotels on hold for the same inquiry.
If you'd like us to continue searching beyond those recommendations, you can simply start a new concierge request.
Confirmed room rates are time-sensitive and may change without notice. Hotels ultimately control their pricing and room availability.
Our concierge fee covers the time, coordination, verification, and communication required to complete your request.
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
Concierge fees become earned once work has begun on your request.
Where we are unable to deliver the service promised, we may provide a refund at our discretion in line with our service promise.

Our services may evolve over time. Some services may be introduced, changed, paused, or discontinued as ErrandBoy grows.
We may also limit service availability in certain locations.
