By accessing or using the Errand Boy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Registration: You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
Account Types: Two types exist: Customer accounts and Agent accounts, each with different responsibilities.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Customers must provide clear descriptions and ensure requests are legal. Prohibited activities include illegal goods, harassment, and trespassing.
Customers agree to pay the agreed price through the platform using provided payment methods.
All Agents must complete identity verification and background checks. Agents agree to complete errands professionally, communicate clearly, and follow all local laws.
Agents who accept errands agree to complete them as described. Cancellations may result in account penalties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errand Boy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
